The founder and promoter of the company is Jyoti Lal Bhandari. Subsequently, Jyoti Lal Bhandari expanded the ownership to include prominent individuals and entities, fostering a diverse ownership structure.
The specific shareholding percentages vary among the shareholders, reflecting their respective contributions to the company’s growth and development. The overall management is the responsibility of Board of Directors. The BOD is comprises of ten directors namely Jyoti Lal Bhandari, Rajendra Chaudhary, Jahirul Hussain, Kusala Bista, Dharanidhar Chaudhary, Malati Paudel, Dilip Giri, Hospital Surgical Concern Pvt Ltd , Pabitra Subba Limbu, Kumari Madhuri Chaudhary and Mohamad Kashim Shah. The project management team is in the process of formation, with Jyoti Lal Bhandari currently overseeing the project during its initial phases.
