The company’s inception was driven by the visionary entrepreneur, Jyoti Lal Bhandari, who brought over two decades of experience in the paper and printing sector. Initially, the company engaged in retail trading of waste paper and fresh papers to gain market insights. Over time, the company conducted comprehensive market research, secured all necessary licenses and clearances, acquired land, and commenced the construction of the production facility.
